The Junktique outdoor yard sale is a premier yard sale event that allows the Decatur community to participate as independent sellers. The yard sale event is held on the Solarium grounds and attracts a high volume of buyers from the Decatur area. A $30 registration fee is required to participate. Sign up to reserve your spot today!
What types of items can be sold?
Items include all things vintage, home furnishings and décor, collectables, clothing, books, and general household items. Items must be in good condition and likely to sell. Any type of commercial sales or bulk items (think “The Sock Man”) are not allowed. If you are an artist desiring to sell your work, please register for the indoor Artisan Boutique on this website.
How will the yard sale be set up?
Once you are registered as a seller, you will be assigned a flat space on the Solarium grounds outside. You are responsible for setting up your space, providing display fixtures, and removing unsold items at the close of the event. Sellers will be allowed to set up between 10:30 am and noon.
How much is the registration fee?
The fee is $30 and is non-refundable. Checks should be made payable to Oakhurst PTA and mailed to Oakhurst Elementary School at 175 Mead Road, Decatur, GA 30030. Fees must be received prior to the event to reserve your space.
What if it rains the day of the event?
Based on recent weather conditions, rain is highly unlikely! The event will go on rain or shine. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.
How do I register to be a seller?
Space is limited! Please fill out the attached form and send it along with your registration fee to Oakhurst Elementary School at 175 Mead Road, Decatur, GA 30030. Don’t delay and miss this great fundraising event!
Rain plan: In the event of rain, the show will go on and all activities will be move to inside The Solarium. The only portion that will be rescheduled is the community yard sale, which will be held the following weekend on Saturday, November 19th, from 10am to 1pm.
